Live caricature event at The Bottle Tree Park.

Event: Fujitsu Family Carnival & Car Rally.
Date of event: 9 Aug 2008.
Venue: Bottle Tree Park,Yishun,Singapore.
Duration: 3 hours (10.00am to 1.00pm).
Average drawing speed: 3 minutes per head.

Before this event,I've never known of the existence of such a funny named park.I was being told the reason why the park was named in this manner was b'cos the trees there look like the shape of a bottle but the strange thing was that I couldn't find any such shaped tree.
The event was held on the same day as Singapore's 43rd. birhtday,The National Day.The weather was extremely hot & stuffy.I kept perspiring under the poorly ventilated tent.My friend,Ben Tan,who was assisting me then couldn't stand the heat & disappeared half way thru to the nearby canteen,to cool himself down with soft drinks, poor guy.It was quite tiring after 3 hours of sauna, not an easy job indeed.Luckily, the organiser told me to wear T-shirt & bermuda for this particular event.I chose a red coloured one to symbolise the national colour.
There were many activities going on during the entire event.Quite an enjoyable outing, especially for the kids.

The cool looking entrance signboard.

The event signage told me that there was a car rally event going on too.

My show begins...

The guests waiting for their turn to be drawn.

Lots of games for everybody. This young boy was practising his archery skill for the next Olympic Games I guess...

Ah Boy learning about the pool game from young.

Good try but unfortunately he couldn't hit the target.

This uncle was trying his luck as well.

Wow! There was rodeo ride too.Really shiok!

The body painting artist was busy working on this lady.

The magician was there to entertain the kids.

The children enjoying themshelves by catching fish at the nearby fish pond.
