On-site caricature drawing service at Ion Sky.

Event: TLC Night.
Date of event: 28 Apr 2011 (Friday).
Venue: Ion Sky, Orchard Road Singapore.
Duration: 6.00pm to 10.30pm (4.5 hours).
Average drawing speed: 6 minutes per head.

Another event which my caricaturist friend, Jit, sought my service to partner him for a 4 hour gig. The session was extended for another half hour due to overwhelming response. In this event, we were being dressed up by the organiser to look more artistic but I find that we looked more like gays, LOL...
Apart from caricature drawing, there were other fringe activities such as shoe shine service & crystal reading.

The Ion Sky is located at the top of Ion Orchard building.

Upon arrival at the venue.

Both of us took photos of ourselves before the session started.

I was seated very comfortably but to draw on my lap is something very uncomfortable.

Crystal reading was in progress.

Venue: NTU,Clementi Road Singapore.
Duration: 12.15pm to 2.15pm (2 hours).

A rare weekday afternoon gig held at the NTU compound. I was engaged together with the couple team, Ivan & Lee Lee, who did their wire art & Yasmin who did the sparkles nail art with her gang. We were seated next to each other during the 2-hour session.
The place was quite difficult for us to find as this was the first time we went there. Need to ask for direction inside the huge compound. What an experience...

A cool way to make the event signage.

On-site caricature drawing service at Heartland Mall-Day 1.

Date of event: 19 Mar 2011 (Saturday).
Venue: Heartland Mall,Hougang, Singapore.
Duration: 2.15pm to 4.15pm (2 hours).
Average drawing speed: 6 minutes per head.

I was engaged in a 2-day caricature event for 2 hours per day. It was being held at the atrium of the busy shopping mall. The event was meant for kids only & free of charge for those who line up. As the response on the 1st day was quite good, the 2nd day was even better because of the words of mouth.
Just before my session ended, the star of the event, a Peranakan chef, started to demonstrate his cooking skill in front of the stage.

The stage backdrop.
