Couple portrait done from photograph.

A4 size caricature of a couple.
Medium used: Color-pencil on white paper.
Type: Face only.
Client's purpose: Valentine's gift.

This caricature is under the 'Face Only' category. Usually for this type of caricature, I'd draw down to the shoulder level just to complete the picture but it's not considered 'Face with Cartoon Body' which is higher in price.

Individual portrait done from photograph.

A3 size caricature of a "fine" man.
Medium used: Colour-marker on canvas.
Type: Face with cartoon body & background.
Client's purpose: Corporate gift.

A lady client from Motorola did this caricature for her superior. Those quotations on the drawing are probably things that he said almost everyday during office hours. What a good idea...

Photography- Changi Point.

I took some photographs at Changi Point on a Sunday with my Flickr friend,Kenny Teo,a few months ago. We purposely reached there in the late afternoon just to catch the beautiful sunset that would made a big difference in our shots. After taking a few shots at the yatch club, we ventured further down the boardwalk. We were so impressed with what we saw, an interesting zig-zag jetty. There were some uncles fishing at that time & they completely ignored us. People walking up & down the boardwalk appreciating the beautiful view it offers.
After the session, Kenny & I walked back to the starting point where we met & had our dinner at one of the coffee shop opposite the Akua infested carpark. We shared our photographic knowledges & techniques to further improve ourshelves. What an experience...

Portrait of Dr Balaji.

A3 size portrait of Dr Balaji, the Health Minister of Singapore.
Medium used: Watercolour on white paper.
Client's purpose: A gift from the Ministry of Health.

The client wanted a 'Black & White' portrait with some backgrounds but requested the ribbon to be in red colour & the Ministry's logo to be in blue so that they stand out. They liked the watercolur medium after seeing some of my previous watercolour works at my shop.
