On-site caricature drawing service for RBS.

Event: Thank You Event for RBS Singapore.
Date of event: 14 July 2010 (Wednesday).
Venue: Fairmount Hotel, Singapore.
Duration: 6.30pm to 8.30pm (2 hours).
Average drawing speed: 5 minutes per head.

An event which I did with my friend Jit who sought my service once again to partner him. The client requested for a more exaggerated version of caricaturing from us. I was being asked to submit 2 samples for their approval before the event in order to make sure that I meet their requirement. Whether it's kind or wild caricature, there's not a problem for me as I've done both in my previous events. In fact, it's more fun to do wild caricature at events. It give me the opportunity to practise using the guests features ;)

Caricature of party-entertainers.

A3 size caricature of 2 party-entertainers done from photographs.
Medium used: Colour-marker on white paper.
Type: Face with cartoon body & background.
Client's purpose: Work related.

These 2 entertaining partners wanted a caricature of themselves to be printed as poster so that it could be put up as signage during their performance at children's parties. I did a more exaggerated version of them instead of my usual way of drawing. They made sure that I drew their uniform & toy box correctly in order to reflect their image.

Event: Hong Thai 25th Anniversary Carnival- Travel Fair.
Date of event: 11 July 2010 (Sunday).
Venue: Suntec City, Singapore.
Duration: 1.00pm to 3.00pm (2 hours).
Average drawing speed: 6 minutes per head.

I was being booked 2 months in advance by Hong Thai Travel Services, Singapore for their big 25th Anniversary Carnival to do caricatures for their customers who have booked travel packages from them. The event was held on the 3rd floor of the convention hall in Suntec City. There was a huge crowd due to the recovery of the economy in Singapore. People just start to go for holidays again.
As for me, a 2-hour job on a Sunday afternoon was enough to make me happy...;)

On arrival at the main entrance of Suntec City.
