On-site caricature drawing for D&D.

Event: SOXAL Sports & Social Club- 35th Dinner & Dance.
Date of event: 31 Mar 2012 (Saturday).
Venue: Raffles City Convention Centre, Swissotel, Singapore.
Duration: 6.00pm to 7.30pm (1.5 hours).
Average drawing speed: 6 minutes per head.

I was engaged for this D&D gig which required only one caricaturist. The session went on smoothly as usual & those guests who got their caricatures drawn by me were entertained.

On-site Caricature Drawing Service for Company Function.

Event: Company Function.
Date of event: 12 Apr 2012 (Thursday).
Venue: Red Dot Building, Maxwell Road, Singapore.
Duration: 7.00pm to 8.00pm (1 hour).
Average drawing speed: 6 minutes per head.

Another gig that required 2 caricaturists & my partner was no other than my artist friend Jit. This function was attended by mostly ladies who seem to be executives. I supposed they came straight from their offices as the event was held on weekday. Jit & I reached there around 15 minutes earlier & spend some time looking for the best working spot as the main bar was not suitable for drawing due to it's dimmed environment.  Finally we decided to work sitting on benches outside the bar which was bright enough to see the subjects faces. As there was no table, we got no choice but to draw on our laps using clip boards. As usual, the session went on smoothly with laughter on everyone's face.

Venue: Pan Pacfic Hotel, Singapore.
Duration: 6.30pm to 8.30pm (2 hours).

Once again, me & my caricaturist friend Jit did this pre D&D gig together but instead of sitting at the same table, we were seated separately this time round. As usual, the session went smoothly & all the guests who were being drawn got their caricatures with laughter & fun.

On-site Caricature Drawing Service.

Event: Patterns Of Trade.
Date of event: 13 & 14 Apr 2012 (Friday & Saturday).
Venue: Asian Civilisation Museum, Singapore.
Duration: 6.00pm to 9.00pm (3 hours).
Average drawing speed: 6 minutes per head.

This was the 2nd engagement from National Heritage Board for their public exhibition in their museum. Unlike the 1st engagement, I got to sit comfortably with a table this time round & my performance was definitely better. The environment was almost the same with dim lighting throughout the the 3 hour session in which the visitors got to do their caricatures free of charge. What a treat from NHB.

I was seated comfortably on 13 Apr.
