The client, Mr Kumara, from the Prime Minister Office (PMO) of Singapore ordered a painting of this Singapore map with the national security theme as a farewell gift to SM Prof. S Jayakumar in October 2010. The painting was being framed nicely for the occasion.
I was being told that it was presented to him by Mr Wong Kan Seng.

Oil painting of Smith Street, Singapore

A3 size painting of Smith St. in Chinatown.
Medium used: Oil paint on canvas board.
Purpose: For sale.

This oil painting is a rare piece painted by me.It's the first piece among a series of paintings on Singapore's places of interest & a limited edition sold to a Art Gallery. Well, as far as I know, paintings like this doesn't worth much if the artist is still alive. It will be worth millions when I'm no longer in this world. That's why people say artists are poor, too bad :-(
So, do invest your money into this type of paintings, who knows, one day you will be a millionaire when I say bye bye... !-)

Pastel painting done from picture

A2 size painting of an ancient chinese emperor on horse.
Medium used: Soft Pastel on paper.
Client's purpose: Personal Collection.

Apart from portrait & caricature art, I paint all sorts of stuff from clients' request. Usually they would provide me with a picture & ask me to paint accordingly into a large piece of work. This service has no standard pricing as it depends on how complicated the work involved is. I would estimate how much time do I need to complete it before quotation is given.
