The client did this caricature as a gift to her friend's wedding. She chose a romantic theme, thus a sunset background with a lone coconut tree as her friend got married somewhere in this region. She also requested the costume to be drawn as per the photos submitted to me.
The difficulty of this caricature was that the guy's face on the photo had heavy shadow on it. So I've to figure out what I couldn't see under the shadow. Luckily, the client was happy with it.

A rare Sunday event at the poolside level of Conrad Hotel was just like an outing to me as my shop is closed on Sunday. At this event, I saw 2 familiar faces who worked alongside me. The 1st person was my caricaturist friend Wilson who was hired separately by the event organiser & the 2nd was the stage entertainer cum clown Jonathan Heron whom I knew some years back. I had not been seeing Wilson for sometime & we had a good chat after our sessions ended. It was quite an enjoyable session with lots of kids with their parents. After the event, I went with Henry for our regular photo taking session around town.
